Come join the Joint Societies as we welcome Mr. Jim Utterback, as he gives a presentation and an update on the HRBT expansion project in Virginia.

Mr. Utterback was named Project Director of the 3.66 billion-dollar Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel expansion project in January 2018. Prior to that, he was District Administrator for the VDOT’s Hampton Roads District from May 2013-April 2018. Mr. Utterback was the Culpeper District Administrator for VDOT. He also held positions in VDOT’s Central Office and served as the Charlottesville Residency Administrator.
