Purpose
The Norfolk Branch History & Heritage Committee brings attention to local sites and activities that illuminate significant contributions of civil engineering to the south side of the Hampton Roads region. Committee members share their enthusiasm for civil engineering history through presentations, articles and online forums to ASCE membership and the wider community.
